All Offi products are warranted to be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal single shift service and or residential
home use. Claims of defective products will be honored for up to ten years from
original product purchase from an approved Offi retailer or dealer. During this
period Offi, at its option, will replace or repair the defective merchandise.
All merchandise must be returned to Offi for inspection at the owner’s expense
(digital images will usually be accepted in lieu of the actual product for
review). Offi will replace or repair any merchandise that is deemed defective.
The forgoing constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy to the customer. In no
event shall Offi & Company nor EBPeters be responsible for handling costs,
rental of replacement furniture, unauthorized repair by others, nor liable for
any consequential or incidental damages.
All returns for inspection, repair, or replacement must be
authorized in writing, and shipped prepaid by an authorized carrier.
Merchandise may not be returned or repaired at Offi’s or
EBPeters's expense without consent in writing.
Cancellations, Charges and Returns
Must be requested in writing from EBPeters and are not allowed
without factory consent. Authorized returns are subject to our shipping
instructions and a restocking charge of 21% will be applied. Changes are subject
to our ability to comply and cancellations on any custom orders are not allowed.
