What is eco-leather?
Traditional leather is an environmentally
unfriendly, yet extremely popular material for seating covers. However,
there is a quality alternative for which no animal has to be used, in
"eco-leather". This material is made from 80% cotton and 20% synthetic
micro-fiber. Eco-leather shares the same characteristics as ordinary
leather, yet has many benefits. Coloring for instance is a much simpler
process, and the material does not wear or flake over time.
